Not possible to call to the UCsuite Voicemail or AutoAttendant.

When a HiPath 3000 is upgraded to OpenScape Business with OCAB and it is a converted KDS, you need to configure the SIP interconnection and the trunks to the OCAB manually.

After the configuration it can happen that your still not able to call the Voicemail. A busy tone is heard when callin to the voicemail.

This can be solved by the following action:

Delete the Application-Suite-user under Expert mode->Voice Gateway->SIPQ-Interconnection->Application Suite .
Then select "reset to default values" under Expert mode->Voice Gateway->SIPQ-Interconnection->Application Suite and recreate the SIP interconnection for tha application suite.
