When a user is using myPortal@work there is a lot of confusion about making a consultation transfer.
The following steps and attached movie will give you a good overview of the steps needed to make a consultation transfer with myPortal@work.
- User is in a call and selects consultation
- The existing call is put on hold and a second call can be started
- if you want to transfer the call, the user first need to select the call that is on hold (the user will not go back to this call, but you just need to select it). After this is done you will get again the option to transfer the call.
