Belangrijke informatie met betrekking tot licensering op de OpenScape Business en gebruik van de CLS Connect.
It has been found that due to subsequent changes in the customer IT infrastructure (firewall or router settings) the OpenScape Business loses its connection to the license server (CLS).
Please check this (WBM => License Management => Settings => "Test CLS Connection") before you make changes to the licensing (license extension, rehost etc.), otherwise the license changes will not take effect. Please do not import the updated license file manually before the connection to the CLS is made, otherwise the license file cannot be validated and the license file is invalid.
