Inactive licenses on OpenScape Business systems with active CLS Connect

 

OpenScape Business systems with active CLS Connect may show inactive licenses after a software upgrade or a restart.

The home screen of WBM show the license as active (green).

The License Management however, shows license in “Local User licenses” for all users as “not licensed” (red).

 

Workaround:

Please download the license file from CLS and upload it manually via OpenScape Business WBM into the OpenScape Business.

 

A definitive solution will be provided as soon as possible.
